They finally reach the top and begin conversing with the soul world leader Adam Warlock. They tell Adam about Thanos and Drax. Already knowing that, Adam tells the Silver Surfer that he detects his soul has been tampered with by Galactus. The Silver Surfer is angered by this, but the immediate danger takes precedence. Adam throws himself off a cliff as he transforms himself into the Warlock from counter Earth with a staff and ready to confront Drax the Destroyer.
